The boathouses on the Lodge have given many hours of fun to the families, the annual regatta an event held on the lake since the late 1700s. Lord Headfort was an avid sailor and loved rowing into the middle of the lake to relax with a good book.

With its idyllic setting in Co. Virginia, why not combine the unique experience of a stay or event at the lodge with excellent fishing in one of Ireland’s finest lakes.

Lough Ramor has had an angling history as long as the lodge. Pike and lake trout can be found in abundance. Spend the day by or on the lake.

Use of the boat and fishing equipment can be arranged upon request when staying at the lodge.
