This Easter Sunday – we’re serving up a stunning Sunday lunch, perfectly fit for the occasion. Hosted in our beautiful Marchioness Room, you’ll dine on our take on a traditional Easter lunch, peppered with produce from around the gardens.

An incredible four-course feast – with plenty of treats along the way – the star of the show is an incredible Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb, with Potato Millefeuille and all the trimmings. Designed by Chef Richard and Chef Eoin, this is an Easter Feast you won’t forget in a hurry!

After our Easter Sunday lunch, you can check in and relax - whether enjoying a tour around Cavan, heading down to the lake or exploring the forest - before enjoying a complimentary evening grazing board at The Lodge.
