This long Easter weekend, treat yourself to a weekend of countryside charm, stunning dining and workshops to educate and inspire.
Over three nights, find a host of optional, fun activities, or time to take in the great Irish countryside and explorations through our historic grounds. Alongside, our kitchen team will be serving menus from Chef Richard Corrigan, made with produce fresh from our gardens.
Stays are available in our elegant Main House and cosy Shepherd's Huts, from one to three nights.

Weekend Stay
Our Easter weekend stay is the perfect antidote to busy lives and long-overdue moments of peace together. From walks in the Deerpark Forest to a few optional hands-on Masterclasses, your stay also includes seats at all dining experiences over the weekend.

Enjoy exquisite dining, with seasonally sumptuous dinner menus included for each night of your stay. Wake up to our award winning breakfast, with snacks and treats available throughout the day. Use of our 9-hole golf course is available throughout the weekend, just bring your clubs. A number of activities are included, with the option to add additional masterclasses.
Itinerary
Friday
Check in from 2pm, and enjoy a leisurely welcome to the Lodge. Whether a walk around the forest, a drink by the fire or a refresh in your room, it's time to settle in.
Before dinner, a Fish Smoking & Oyster Shucking demo, perfectly fit for Good Friday, with samples and drinks along the way.
To eat, dive into a three-course menu of farm fresh delights, with a perfectly cooked Monkfish at the centre.
Saturday
After our award-winning breakfast, relax into the morning with your choice of a woodland walk through the historic Deerpark Forest, a round on our 9-hole golf course, or a couple more hours in bed.
During the afternoon, head out with our head gardener on a tour of the grounds and try your hand at making some Wild Garlic Pesto. Alternatively, enjoy a Spring Wreath workshop*, with a hands on demo with our expert florist Hilary providing all the tools needed to craft your own stunning piece to take home. Enjoy a Champagne afternoon tea to celebrate your achievements!
Enter the evening with cocktails and canapes, followed by a four-course feast with a perfectly rare Beef Wellington at the centre. Our in-house pianist will join us for an evening session as the bar opens.

Sunday
Begin with a light breakfast before your choice of a round of golf, a walk round the grounds, or relaxing in the house.
A late and leisurely Sunday lunch follows, with four-courses of the finest local produce. A traditional Easter feast, the main offers a properly prepared Lamb with wild garlic, mash, carrot and mint.
Into the evening, a Wine Masterclass* with live music alongside, before our evening refreshment bar opens for any late night sustenance!
