"Visited Virginia Park Lodge for lunch and overnight stay. The meal on Sunday was absolutely fabulous. As my wife remarked, you could taste the freshness in every dish! I've never had asparagus as good as that served as a starter, followed by a fresh bean/pea soup, followed by perfectly cooked rack of lamb. The dessert was delicious and fun.
We had a lake view from the bedroom. Sheets beautifully crisp, with big fluffy pillows. The shower was superb and bathroom well appointed with luxury fluffy towels. Definitely recommend."
