Bective Courtyard - so named after Thomas Taylour, Earl of Bective, who built the Lodge - offers twelve self-contained Cottages, fit for groups of all sizes. From family suites to studios, the Courtyard is located opposite the Main House, nestled between Deerpark Forest and our Gooseberry Gardens.

Studio Cottage

Facing the Main House, these cosy and comfortable studios are perfectly formed. With a kitchenette, vanity area and welcoming double-bed, these are perfect for a low-key getaway or pre-wedding prep.
Courtyard Cottage

These beautifully converted, stone-walled 2 bedroom Cottages are perfect for larger groups and those wanting a little more space. Enjoy a lounge area, kitchen and two double bedrooms alongside plenty of home comforts.

Situated on the ground floor of Bective Courtyard, our Family Cottages sleep up to six with fun for all the family. This warm and homely space has a kitchen, living area, two double bedrooms and two single beds.
